All border shortcut in Excel
One of the effects of Excel to make data easier to read is to draw a border around cells. Most of you probably use your mouse to draw a border around selected cells. There is a shortcut to draw a border around all selected cells, so use this shortcut to save time and increase productivity.

Select a cell

Select any one cell that contains data.
Select all cells with data

Press Ctrl + A. Select all cells with data.
Bordering all cells containing data is complete

Press Alt + H + B + A. Drawing borders around all cells containing data is now complete.
