Excel row height shortcut
Excel provides a handy shortcut key to adjust the row height. This allows you to freely change the row height using only the keyboard, without having to reach for the mouse. Select a cell

Select the cell in the row where you want to change the height. Press Alt + H + O + H or Alt + O + R + E.
Change the row height

The Row Height dialog box will appear. Enter the desired value, and press Enter.
The row height has been changed

Change the row height from the context menu

Select the cell in the row where you want to change the height.

Press Shift + Space to select the entire row.

Press Shift + F10 to bring up the context menu.
Press R. This R refers to Row Height.

The Row Height dialog box will appear.
Enter the desired value, and press Enter.

AutoFit Row Hight

Select the cell in the row where you want to automatically adjust the height.

Press Alt + H + O + A or Alt + O + R + A.
The row height has been automatically adjusted.
Changing the height of multiple rows

Select the cell in the row where you want to change the height.

Press Shift + ↓ (Down Arrow key) to select multiple cells.
Press Alt + H + O + H or Alt + O + R + E.

The Row Height dialog box will appear.
Enter the desired value, and press Enter.

I was able to change the height of multiple rows.
