Search in Excel shortcut (Ctrl + F)
Excel has a search function. The search function is very useful to quickly find the data you need from a huge amount of data. We will introduce the shortcut keys for displaying the dialog box to search, along with the shortcut keys for find next and find previous, which allow you to find scattered data in order.

Display a dialog box for searching
Display the dialog box for searching and try to perform the actual search.

Prepare the data for the search.
Display the Find and Replace dialog box
Press Ctrl + F to display the Find and Replace dialog box.
Enter a search term
Enter the keywords you want to search for.
Press the Enter key to go to the first search value.
Press the Enter key again to move to the second search value.
Move to the next search value
To use the next search value as a shortcut, close the dialog box while the search value is still being entered.

You can use the shortcut keys Shift + F4 to find the next search value. You can also press Shift + F4 multiple times to continue searching for data.
Move to the previous search value
Conversely, to find the previous search value, press Ctrl + Shift + F4. You can also repeat the search for the previous value by hitting the keys in the same way.
