The SUM function is one of the most commonly used functions in Excel, but many people may have trouble remembering the formula for the SUM function or find it tedious to type it in manually. In such cases, it is convenient to use a shortcut to display the SUM function. Please keep this in mind as it will help you work more efficiently and increase your productivity.

Select the cell for which you want to get the total value

The SUM function is automatically populated

Press Alt + H + U + S. The SUM function will automatically populate. Cell ranges can be changed manually.
